Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a structured, proactive risk-assessment method used to identify and prioritize potential problems and failure modes in a system, product, or process, along with their effects. By analyzing these potential failures before they result in issues, FMEA aims to enhance design and operational reliability.
